We believe the Bible clearly teaches that the family unit - especially parents - is the primary source and center for discipleship in the lives of children and teens. We also believe the Bible is equally clear that it is the role of the Church body to come alongside parents in this pursuit and help them in the disciple-making process.
Whether your child is a newborn in the Nursery or a 12th grader preparing to graduate, the mission we cultivate in our next generation is the same at every age: to bring glory to God by believing in Jesus, belonging to His family, becoming His disciple, and building His kingdom.
Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.Deuteronomy 11:18-19
At Cuyahoga Falls, we want our Sunday meeting times to feel like a family gathering. Our activities for children and students on Sunday look a little bit different from other Chapel campuses because of this. Here is a little more about the opportunities for your children during our Sunday service and throughout the week:
Our volunteers are all background checked and required to attend several training sessions each year, with your child’s security and well-being as a focus. We do ask that children be symptom-free and no longer contagious with illness for 24 hours to help us protect the health of our little ones. Please let us know of any conditions, allergies, or medical needs that may apply to your child.
